Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Work with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints
  • Assist in the development and implementation of all policies and procedures as it relates to our employees
  • Provides policy and procedure explanation and employee benefits information to newly hired employees and current employees, as necessary
  • Provide various reports to accounting and leadership teams
  • Audit/compile employee files for compliance

Job Related Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of HR experience
  • 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Special Requirements

  • Possess leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and strong presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals
