Residential Energy Kits

Scope

The selected service provider shall provide the following services:

1. Procurement of energy-efficiency products for residential energy kits. The distribution target for the period of performance is expected to be 4,300 kits.
2. Branding of the residential energy kits. Bidder will provide shipping boxes and attach a Sellwood Power District logo to each box.
3. Distribution. Bidder shall mail each kit to Sellwood Power District residential customers.

Parameters

The Energy Kits will include a combination of some of the following components:

• 5 LED Light Bulbs
• 2 Advanced power strips
• 1 Kill-a-watt device
• 1 low-flow showerhead
• 2 faucet aerators
• 1 Carbon monoxide detector

Program & Bidding Guidelines

• A bidder may propose more than one program but each program must be provided as a separate bid
• Any products bid should be available for implementation starting July 21, 2021

Contract Term

The number of days within which the work is to be substantially complete and also completed and ready is set forth with the total number of days to final completion at 22.

Award of Bid

The award of the bid, if it is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder in each category whose bid proposal complies with all the requirements herein described.
